MyBroadcast call credits

Call credit packs on /payment are one-time PayPal purchases. Unused credits do not expire. If a payment failed, was duplicated, or credits were not applied to the Twilio Account SID on your receipt, email Developer.lifetips@gmail.com with the PayPal receipt and SID. We will review in good faith.

Twilio charges

Minutes, SMS and phone numbers are billed by Twilio on your Twilio account. MyBroadcast cannot refund Twilio invoices. Contact Twilio for those charges.

Chrome Web Store

The extension itself is installed from the Chrome Web Store. Store refunds, if any, follow Google’s policies.
